Shipping & Returns

Prescription-class products must be processed before shipment, cannot be returned after shipment, and may be replaced when damaged, defective, lost, or missing.

Processing and delivery

All orders require processing before they ship. First-time orders or orders requiring a new prescription may take up to 5 business days to process. Reorders generally process in 1 to 3 business days.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order has processed and shipped. Tracking is sent after shipment, and tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Address restrictions

Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted. APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are permitted when supported by the carrier and fulfillment workflow.

Prescription-controlled shipments may require an adult signature at delivery.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Prescription medications, medical devices, and medical accessories cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment because returned medication cannot be resold.

If a shipment is damaged, defective, lost, or missing items, contact customer service so the team can review replacement options. Some replacement requests may require a prepaid return label or carrier claim.

If B12Rx is unable to process an order within 14 days, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment.
