Privacy Practices
This notice summarizes how B12Rx collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information and health information submitted through the site.
Information we collect
The site may collect account, contact, billing, shipping, order, and health information when you use interactive tools, register, place an order, or contact the team.
The site may also collect non-personal technical information such as cookies, analytics, log files, click identifiers, campaign parameters, and similar usage signals used to operate and improve the service.
Analytics and advertising measurement
B12Rx may use Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft/Bing UET and Clarity, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API when the relevant consent choices are enabled.
Analytics and advertising events are designed to use limited site and order signals such as page URL, product IDs, product names, order ID or order number, order value, currency, campaign parameters, and consent state.
B12Rx does not intentionally send medical intake answers, support-message contents, addresses, raw email addresses, phone numbers, payment-card details, prescription details, or account record contents to analytics or advertising vendors.
Where server-side conversion measurement is enabled, contact identifiers may be normalized and hashed before transmission, and only after the applicable advertising consent choice is enabled.
You can update optional analytics and advertising choices from the Privacy choices link in the site footer.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, operate the site, process orders, support clinical review and fulfillment, send service communications, and maintain records required for operations and compliance.
Personal and health information is not disclosed except as described in the policy, with your authorization, to operate the service, to comply with law, or in limited safety or legal circumstances.
Your information
Customers are responsible for keeping account and contact information accurate. You may request review, correction, or removal of personal information where feasible and legally permitted.
Records may be retained as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
