Even if you do not register with B12Rx, we collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information about your use of our website, special promotions and newsletters.
A.Cookies
We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information about your use of our website and your use of the websites of selected sponsors and advertisers through the use of Cookies and other tracking technologies such as tags and scripts. B12Rx assigns every computer a different Cookie. The information collected by Cookies, tags and scripts (i) helps us dynamically generate advertising and content on web pages or in newsletters, (ii) allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using our website and selected sponsors' and advertisers' sites, (iii) how many people open our emails, and (iv) for what purposes these actions are being taken. Cookies are also used to facilitate a user's log-in, as navigation aides and as session timers, but not to retain Personal Health Information about you. E.Log Files
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We do link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
III.Personally Identifiable Information We Collect About You
We collect Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to us when you register as a member of B12Rx and/or when you update your member profile. These Personally Identifiable Information may include but is not limited to your first and last name, address and email address. We may also collect billing information (such as credit card number and billing address when you order our products on our website) and health or medical information (such as prescription information). We use the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to respond to your questions, provide you the specific services you select, send you emails about website maintenance and updates, and inform you of significant changes to this Privacy Policy.
We obtain address information about you from third party sources, such as the US Postal Service, to verify your address so we can properly ship your order to you and to prevent fraud.
When you register for an account, we will use your name and email address to send periodic emails to you of both promotional and transactional in nature. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us by clicking here.
A.Emails You Send to B12Rx
This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions to B12Rx by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to B12Rx.
We try to answer every email within 48 business hours, but are not always able to do so.
B.Website Registration and Interactive Tools on B12Rx
After you have registered as a member of B12Rx, you may choose to use certain interactive content, tools and services that may ask you to voluntarily provide other types of information about yourself including Personal Health Information.
C.Children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. A parent or guardian is solely responsible for providing supervision of the minor's use of B12Rx. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the registration information is kept secure and that the information submitted is accurate. The parent or guardian also assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information or suggestions provided through B12Rx for the minor. B12Rx does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use B12Rx only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
D.Market Research
From time to time the B12Rx marketing department, or operations contractors acting on its behalf, may conduct online research surveys in order to gather feedback about our site through email invitations, pop-up surveys or online focus groups. When participating in a survey, we may ask you to submit Personally Identifiable Information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). This Personally Identifiable Information is used for research purposes, and is not used for sales solicitations. When a third party sponsors a survey, Aggregate Information of the survey results is reported to the sponsor. B12Rx operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information in the course of providing products or services to B12Rx. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to better operation and maintenance of our website. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for B12Rx. We also contractually require that our operations and maintenance contractors:

B12Rx operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your Personally Identifiable Information in the course of providing products or services to B12Rx. - Utilizes encryption using secure socket layer technology (SSL) in transmitting Personally Identifiable Information to our servers when you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms.
- Closely monitors the limited number of B12Rx employees who have potential access to your Personally Identifiable Information.
- Requires all B12Rx employees to abide by our Privacy Policy and be subject to disciplinary action if they violate it.
- Backs-up our systems to protect the integrity of your Personally Identifiable and Personal Health Information.
- Provides secure messaging within the B12Rx so that information related to your personal health is sent through a secure, encrypted connection.
- All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe. Your card details are encrypted in transit and sent directly to Stripe, which processes and authorizes the payment.
Despite B12Rx's efforts to protect your Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Health Information, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems or that transmissions of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. We try to answer every email within 48 business hours, but may not always able to do so.

C.Limitations on Removing or Changing Information
Upon your request, we will delete your Personally Identifiable or Personal Health Information from our active databases and where feasible from our back-up media. You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to B12Rx from our servers.
D.Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
E.Referrals
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our website, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. B12 Rx LLC stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Analytics and advertising measurement
This site loads a Google Ads measurement tag on every page. It is placed by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, through Google tag gateway, and it receives the address of the page you are viewing. Your advertising choice from the Privacy choices link in the site footer is passed to it through Google Consent Mode.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and page performance on every page. It does not use cookies and reports to our own domain.
No other analytics or advertising tool is loaded. B12Rx does not configure any measurement tool to receive medical intake answers, support-message contents, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, payment-card details, prescription details, or account record contents.
Health information handling and retention
B12Rx retains its medical record under the currently selected retention policy. Medical answers are encrypted in transit and at rest by the database provider, restricted to staff whose role requires them, and every access is written to an audit log; incomplete checkouts have their personal and medical fields purged on a retention schedule. Limited nonmedical metadata is stored separately.
